The breakfast was quite good it included a full English option. The hosts provided helpful advice about nearby restaurants. The location was convenient with the beach being within walking distance.
The pool was not available for use . The games room looked somewhat dated. Limited parking spaces were available on the premises.

great hosts comfortable room quality bedding
Ian and Debbie were excellent hosts. The room included everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast featured both a cooked English option and several continental choices. (The full English was really good!) There was also a pool table in the games room, and I did enjoy using the bar. The room was clean, and the bedding was like quality. I found that the hosts were very cute. The location is a short walk to the train station.

The hosts were cute. Breakfast included hot order options. The room was well maintained. The location is a short walk from the train station.
The room's proximity to the train tracks meant I heard the trains occasionally.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities
convenient drinks jacuzzi inclusion heated plates easy mornings
The breakfast order was placed the night before. This made mornings easy. The bar offered inexpensive drinks, quite convenient. The pool area included a jacuzzi. The hosts provided crockery and cutlery when we ordered take away food and plates were heated.
The games area dart board was slightly worn.

A pool area sat at the back of the hotel and was like a sun trap, which I really enjoyed. There was also a games area with a pool table and retro gaming table. It was great to have these options.

Breakfast was excellent and very generous. It set us up for the day. Poached eggs were also the best I've had. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast each morning of my stay.
